Deep straw yellow color with pink accents, typical of Pinot Noir which is cold macerate (12 hours). This wine is caratterized by fruity notes, an adjusted proportion between acids and sugars along with distinctive variety are felt at the first taste, and it continues into a medium lenght aftertaste. The wine is easy-drinking, youthfull, smooth and it renew itself with every sip.

Total acid: 6.6 g / l
