This wine it’s one of our most recent success made only from the first pressing juices. It ripe five months in steel and then rests on the leavens one year in the Charterhouse’s cellar. The distinctives characters of this sparkling are red-fruit’s aroma, acidity and mineral’s notes. Because its easy-drinkable and fresh nature it’s very suitable for aperitifs and toasts accompained with titbits.
