Vineyard: The fruit for this wine is sourced from a several differnet parcels at Škalce. The fruit was hand harvested, being sorted in the vineyard by the pickers and the again in the winery.
Winemaking: The fruit was gently pressed cold and settled for 24 hours at 8 degrees celsius, before being racked to stainless steel tanks. The fermentations took place at between 13-19 degrees celsius. The fermentation of each parcel was stopped at just the right time when a friendly balance was achieved. The wine was then racked, blended, lightly fined and bottled in late January 2010.
Winemakers Notes: The wine displays the youthful Riesling characters of delicate lemon and lime, with hints of perfume and orange blossom. The wine has a fresh yet harmonious palate, ensuring a perfect balance between intense fruit and crisp acidity in a half dry style
