Sparkling wine rosé,
Blue franconian

Definition
For this wine same conditions for grape-harvesting, squeezing and care of base wine apply as for White sparkling wine from Konjice. Secondary vine fermentation takes place in bottles. It ripes on leaveners for at least one year. Base wine gives this sparkling wine a distinctive fruity flavours, freshness and because of vine’s growing grounds also a nice, tender mineral note. First impression in the mouth is pleasant-fruity and fresh; it seems light, juvenile and drinkable. Tender sparkling bubbles distinguish this sparkling wine. After taking a draught the impression is pleasant and semi long. With stressed freshnessand fruitiness it is very suitable as an »aperitif«.
